Pelican Bay and Island is a small, friendly neighborhood on the banks of beautiful Lake Conroe. Our Property Owners Association, the  "Pelican Bay Property Owners Association" (PBPOA), is committed to providing the residents and property owners with a beautiful and friendly place to call home.

Most homes are waterside with Bulkheads and Docks, and we have a private boat ramp for the convenience of all property owners and their guests.

An Architectural Committee (ACC) was founded to preserve the Beauty and Value of our neighborhood. Note: We do have Deed Restrictions!

In addition to the PBPOA and the ACC, we have volunteers to serve as the Newsletter Editor, Webmaster, and Crime Watch, and they also keep an eye on the various mechanical and security systems. It is quite common for members of our Community to get together for a Work Party to help out when things need to be done. 

Pelican Bay and Island is unique, and a good place to live.

We are located on FM 1097, west of Willis, Texas. The entrance is 200 yards West of the traffic signal at Longstreet Road. When you see the USA and Texas flags turn onto Pelican Boulevard. You are home.
